Refund policy

If you don't LOVE Steamies, we make refunds quick and easy. To contact us, email hello@steamiesdumplings.com

  • Refunds must be initiated within 14 days of order delivery.
  • Do not ship your return to us prior to contacting and receiving approval from customer support.
  • If your item is damaged, broken, melted, or spoiled upon arrival, please contact us and we will provide a replacement upon reasonable proof.
  • We may ask you to take a photo of your return to help us in improving our product.
  • Refunds are credited to your original form of payment. Please allow up to one week for your refund to be processed upon approval.
  • Please allow for delivery delays during peak order volume. Items that arrive significantly later than expected may qualify for a partial refund, unless notice of delay is given and cancellation options are offered.
