- Heat 1-2 tablespoon of oil in a non-stick pan on medium-high
- Lay the potstickers on the pan flat-side down
- Sear for 2-3 mins, or until the bottom is golden brown
- Add 2-3 tablespoon of water to pan
​- Set heat to low, cover pan with lid, and let steam for 8-10 minutes.
- Open lid and sprinkle water as needed if the pan is dry

- Boil a pot of water
- Lay a parchment paper in your steamer and add a thin coat of oil
- Place frozen soup dumplings on the parchment paper, with sufficient spaces apart
- Steam for 10 minutes

- Boil a pot of water
- Flatten a round aluminum baking pan (you can find these at a supermarket)
- Poke holes on the bottom to allow the steam to come up
- Place flattened aluminum pan in the pot
- Place frozen soup dumplings on the pan, with sufficient spaces apart
- Steam for 10 minutes
